Hi Do I play? I tell people I play at a harmonica, not play a harmonica. Need help to learn more. Have played on worship team and at hospitals/old folks homes. My wife has brain cancer, had operation. It is the same thing that killed Ted Kennedy, with all his millions, in about 15 months. I dont have millions! She was diagnosed just before Thanksgiving 2011. We, and others, are praying for a miracle, but the prognosis is not good. We will know more in August after new tests. That said to let you know I may not be able to start seriously until we know what is happening. I have a full set of Honer Special 20s and a cheap set of blues harmonicas (7). My home phone is (570) 369-4293, cell is (315) 486-8969. Reside at: 124 Bunny Trail Road (off Brislin), Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Hope to hear from you soon on meeting times, date, place. I tried to contact you at the (570) 839-9820 number, but it says it is not in service. Love old hymns, gospel, blues, old country. Have been collecting some music off the internet. Havent had time to practice for lots of reasons prior to now. Yours, Karl R. Rush, CW3 Army, Retired

Dear sir: I have been playing a harmonica since I was very small. My first one was a cheap plastic one. I'm now 70 yrs old and I still play as a hobby. I never had any training, just taught myself. Would love to come to a meeting and see what's going on. I live in Stroudsburg and can usually make a meeting most evenings. My cell # is 570-236-3466. Thanks,Ed

Hello Mr. Heide, I was very surprised and happy to read about you in the Easton Express Times.
I have been wanting to learn how to play
my Harmonica for years with out formal training.
Your club sounds like the best thing for me to visit
and learn. I live in Nazareth, PA and it does seem like
a long distance to travel since I hate driving in the evening hours. I cannot attend the August meeting because i will be on vacation in NJ that day.
Maybe I will try to attend at the next meeting.

Buy the Book!

I cleaned up my tab for Sonny Boy's Help Me and made it into a short book. There's a Kindle version for 99 cents, and if you buy the paperback you get the Kindle free.
